We are delighted to share our family beach house in Costa del Sol. Passed down through generations and lovingly remodeled, this beachfront home combines family tradition with modern coastal comfort, ocean views, and a peaceful setting.

The Space

Las Brisas is a spacious beachfront property surrounded by a beautiful garden on 3,200 square meters of land.

The home has five bedrooms. The number of rooms available depends on the number of guests:

• Three rooms and two bathrooms, including one shared bathroom, are included for up to 10 guests.
• The fourth room, with a private bathroom, is available for 11–14 guests or for an additional charge when requested for fewer than 11 guests.
• The fifth room, with a private bathroom, is available for 15–16 guests or for an additional charge when requested for fewer than 15 guests.

All shared areas are included with every stay:

• Pool with a whirlpool area
• Dining room
• Garden
• Terrace
• Entrance areas

The property also includes a separate two-room staff house, which is not available for rent.

Guest Access

The entire property is available according to the room arrangement for your group size. The pool, dining room, garden, terrace, entrance, and other shared areas are always included.

The maximum capacity is 16 guests, whether staying overnight or visiting during the day.

Staff and Services

A wonderful couple who have worked with our family for years will welcome you upon arrival. They help maintain the property by:

• Cleaning the rooms and bathrooms
• Caring for the garden
• Assisting with dishes

They are kind and attentive, and they will help make you feel at home. Please treat them with the same respect and warmth they extend to guests.

If you would like coconuts, the staff can help you purchase them from beach vendors. For safety reasons, they cannot climb the palm trees.

Pricing and Room Availability

• The listed rate covers 10 guests, three rooms, and two bathrooms.
• Each additional guest over 10 is charged $15 per night automatically by Airbnb.
• The maximum capacity is 16 guests.
• The fourth room is available for groups of 11–14 guests.
• The fifth room is available for groups of 15–16 guests.
• Additional rooms may be requested for an extra charge when the number of guests is below the applicable threshold.
• A strict cancellation policy applies.

House Rules

• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please do not move the furniture, as it is heavy and may scratch the floors.
• When using the air conditioning, keep doors and windows closed to prevent the units from overworking.
• Rinse off sand and dirt using the outdoor showers before entering the pool or bathrooms.
