This condo is in an ideal location in playa del Carmen. It was perfect for our group of 7 for a bachelor party. There was enough space for all of us to have our own bed and bathroom.

Excellent stay. We were a group of 7 people and we were all very comfortable. The property is impeccably clean, very well maintained and exactly as shown in the pictures. All bedrooms have air conditioning, as do the apartment's social areas, so we were always very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the terrace with the Jacuzzi was one of our favorite spaces. Communication with Alexandra and her team was excellent. They were always attentive and responded quickly to any need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Terrible stay.. During my Airbnb stay 7/17-20, there was no water and no air conditioning on the 1st floor in 90 degree weather and the elevator was not functioning for 2 days of our 3 night stay. We couldn’t shower, flush the toilet or wash our hands. We had to cancel our dinner reservations due to this and impacted our trip entirely. We were sweating so much that we had to move our sleeping arrangements, we couldn’t use 5 of beds downstairs and most of us had to sleep upstairs on uncomfortable couches with unhelpful fans. We had to carry all our heavy groceries up 4 flights of stairs and we also have a guest who has difficulty walking up stairs, if we had known all of this we would not never booked with this host or Airbnb. This is not what we were promised in the listing. There was no prior communication on the poor conditions of our stay and communication from our host was delayed and unclear. She said it would be fixed in “30 minutes” but took over 30 hours. I wouldn’t book here

As other reviews have stated, this is a big apartment with great space for groups. We were three families and 12 people in total and there was plenty of room for both adults and kids. The outdoor space and hot tub are great with views across Playa. En Suites with every room and two good rec areas to chill out. However, things are still broken or not replaced (e.g. Awning above Hot tub and Cooker in second kitchen) as well as general feedback/tips ignored from historical reviews that would make this exceptional and not just okay, as per my rating. While out of the owner’s control (Management), we experienced power outages which affected the air conditioning, fridge and elevator during our stay. Whilst we were grateful to both Mario and Alex for their efforts in fixing these issues it made for a few uncomfortable days. Finally there is a serious, widespread issue with Sargassum seaweed on the beach at Playa releasing an unpleasant egg smell as it decomposes.

The penthouse was even more beautiful than the pictures. I have to give a big shoutout to Mario who was always on hand for anything we needed from ice to refilling our water to cleaning the jacuzzi. The penthouse was spacious, there was 9 of us and if you wanted space for yourself there was space to have it. There is no cooker to cook meat or fish so we asked for a grill and this was provided for us. There are ample amounts of towels for both domestic use and pool towels. I would definitely recommend this penthouse it was amazing. If I have one thing that I would have liked was to meet the host whose place I was staying at which I have done in the past.

This is our second time staying at Alexandria's place. It is truly the best location in PDC off 5th Street AND the nicest apartment in the entire building. It is spacious and comfortable, with such beautiful outdoor spaces. The onsite staff is very pleasant and communication with owner is fast and simple. We are coming again in December!!!

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The penthouse is even more beautiful in person. The location was absolutely perfect. Alexandra was very responsive to any questions I had. Mario kindly helped us with some minor maintenance requests we had within 30 minutes of being contacted. This was a great experience & would highly recommend.
