We are centrally located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio national park, 7 min. to beach by CAR/BUS and parking available on premises. Expect visits from local wildlife and magical sunsets! The space This property is shared with an identical house next door, it is an DOWNSTAIRES unit. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. House comfortably sleeps 4 people. We are located in a private residential neighborhood with gorgeous views and lush jungle surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee press, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, gas stove/oven. There also is an island for dining. A/C is in every area of the house. The bathroom is spacious with rain shower heads. We have high speed interne and smart tv's. Also for your peace of mind there are security cameras that only record outside spaces. Chances are you will see our neighborhood sloth hanging in the trees in front of the house. Hummingbirds, TiTi monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, iguanas all visit our property on different occasions. Maid service is available upon request during your stay. Angie, will also be available to do your laundry for an extra fee of $12 per load. Or there is also a local laundromat a few houses away. Guest access You will have full access to the house and the only common spaces that may be shared with other guests are the outside spaces including our new the outdoor shower to get sand off- Parking on premises 4 wheel drive recommended but not mandatory. Not worry some think the only shower is outside haha 🤣 the apartment has a full private shower and bathroom Other things to note The common space between the two houses has washer and dryer if needed the housekeeping can do a load of laundry for a fee.
