Villa Violeta is a brand-new luxury home with spectacular views, located on the exclusive, peaceful north side of Sayulita. From the property, enjoy vistas of the Pacific Ocean, surf breaks, and mountains to the south.
This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom villa also includes a television and bonus room, plus a family bedroom with a children’s loft and/or pull-out sofa. The home can accommodate up to eight guests.

The Space
The primary bedroom and suite bedroom each have private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a full bathroom located across the hallway.
All bedrooms feature:
- Ocean-view patios
- King-size beds
- Air conditioning
The king-size bed in the second bedroom can be separated into two twin beds.
A television room on the bedroom level includes a 55-inch smart television and two single-bed-size sofas.
Upstairs, the indoor-outdoor main living area offers two living spaces and two dining areas. This level is not air-conditioned, but ceiling fans and retractable glass doors help keep it comfortable. When the doors are open, the space feels open to the outdoors, allowing a gentle breeze to flow throughout the villa.
The terrace includes a spacious lounge area with a fire table and panoramic views of the ocean and beaches to the west, as well as the jungle and mountains to the south. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from preparing the catch of the day to hosting a dinner party.
A wraparound deck connects the living areas and highlights the spectacular surroundings. The rooftop deck features loungers and a swing bed, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and the stars.
The villa is perched on a hill, offering a peaceful escape from the noise and activity of town. Sayulita’s beach and town center are approximately a five-minute ride away by golf cart or car. Full concierge service is available to help make your stay easy and comfortable.
Because the home is arranged across multiple levels and connected by stairs, it is not recommended for children under four years of age.

Villa Violeta is located on Nanzal Hill and is best accessed by a quick five-minute golf cart or car ride.

The heated swimming pool uses a saltwater system that is gentle on the eyes and skin. Ample poolside lounge space is available in both sun and shade, along with a heated outdoor shower.
Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guests are kindly asked to conserve water and electricity and to use these resources thoughtfully.

Incredible views! Watching the sunset from the balcony on the 2nd floor was the highlight every evening. Tons of great restaurants around and a lot of trails to beaches nearby that are less crowded. If you go in the rainy season I would get a 4x4 if you rent a car ..or plan on getting an ATV with 4x4 it's pretty steep getting to the house...but totally worth to get those incredible views!

Villa Violeta was absolutely perfect for my friends and I. We were a group of 7, and there were plenty of spaces for communal activities as well as large enough for privacy. It will be a workout getting luggage into the home with the set of stairs, and it will be absolutely worth it! The home had everything that we needed and more! Their concierge services allowed us to have a stress-free trip as we reserved airport transportation, golf carts, and a private chef through them. We were taken away by the delicious meal and tablescape that Chef Nuri prepared for us for Dia de Los Muertos. Things to know: - DO get the golf carts, as it is at the top of a beautiful hill - There is daily cleaning of the home, except on Sundays - The home has AC on the floor with bedrooms. No AC on the kitchen/main living room floor, but we were totally okay! I would definitely love to stay here again. Huge thanks to the Villa Violeta team for all of your help!

It's difficult because much of our complications didn't have to necessarily do with the house itself. We loved the house. It was extremely difficult to get to and from town even when purchasing a golf cart, to which depending on the size of your group, we would definitely would get more than one cart because it was hard getting a lot of people up and down the mountain and charging the cart was a problem. I killed a very large cockroach that was on the very high ceiling of our bathroom but I had to spray chemicals all over to get it down. Also killed a large black scorpion in the master bedroom. Again, not necessarily the houses fault because you're literally almost in the woods up there so it made sense. The cleaning lady that was there every day was super kind and helpful. We had massage therapist come up to the house twice which was great. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we really liked and enjoyed the house but would probably stay closer to town next time.

The house is very, very nice, large with everything you need, and more, a place to rest from the excess of people in Sayulita, it is very clean. Sandra, Lina's representative, is a super good host. The house is far from downtown, since it is on a hill. It is advisable to rent the golf cart, but having a private pool gives it a plus. Thank you

We had an incredible stay at Villa Violeta. The view will be engrained in our memory forever. The architecture and style of the furnishings in the home were modern but comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a perfect temperature. It was amazing to spend time in that sort of luxury.

8 of us stayed here for a wedding in sayulita. The house was gorgeous located at the top of the hill. Only thing I could recommend would be to opt in for the upgraded golf carts to manage the hill better or get a UTV. Views were incredible. The host was there waiting for us when we arrived from PVR airport with the driver she had set up for us which was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
