Layout and Features

The first floor features a spacious living room and kitchen area with stunning ocean and surf views. Both rooms open onto a large patio with a swimming pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, hammocks, a BBQ grill, and a poolside bathroom. The living room also leads to a terrace, offering a front-row seat to the surf.

The fully equipped kitchen and large dining table make meal preparation and sharing easy, while the poolside BBQ and picnic table create a casual and fun dining atmosphere.

On the first floor, there are two guest bedrooms:

• One with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and sliding doors opening to the beachfront patio.
• Another with two twin beds and a shared bathroom.

The second floor includes:

• The primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional twin bed.
• A guest bedroom with two twin beds that can be combined into a king upon request, featuring an en-suite bathroom.

Both second-floor bedrooms share a spacious balcony with expansive ocean and surf views.

Studio Casita

The detached studio casita offers additional flexibility and privacy. It includes:

The best grocery shopping is at La Colonia in Rivas, located 100 meters south of the Tola turnoff on the west side of the street. It is also advisable to refuel here, as these are the closest gas stations.

Getting Around

Mi Casa Soñada is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica.

Most major car rental agencies operate at Managua airport; advance reservations are recommended. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is only necessary if planning to visit beaches further south, such as those near San Juan del Sur.

For guests who prefer not to rent a car, airport transfers and daily sightseeing or surf trips can be arranged. Motorcycle and scooter rentals are available, and transportation by vehicle or boat to other surf breaks can also be organized.
