Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view. Pristine! Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. Very comfortable for all of us. The hosts were extremely flexible and welcoming super appreciated!

The home was nicely decorated and looked great inside, and the host was responsive and did try to help with our concerns. Unfortunately, there was a very strong sewer smell throughout the home that never went away during our stay, as well as roaches, which made the experience uncomfortable. We were also under the impression from the listing photos that this was a standalone home, but there is actually someone living above the unit. There is quite a bit of construction happening in the surrounding area as well, which made the property somewhat difficult to locate. Overall, while the interior was nice and the host was helpful, the odor and pest issues significantly impacted our stay, and considering these issues, I don’t feel the overall experience was fully worth the price we paid.

Peaceful apartment in a newly built development. Perfect if you have a car as it’s only 10 minutes from Cabo San Lucas proper. Complex is located on a hill with a nice view of the water and 2 minutes walk there are rentable pickleball courts that I would highly recommend. All in all great spot for the price if you’re looking for a more chill less resort style beach vacation.

Our stay at coco bay was amazing! The view was unmatched and the Airbnb was extremely accommodating and stocked from the bathrooms to the kitchen. It was also located in a gated development with 24/7 security which made traveling with a group of girls feel safe!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. The rooms were large, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the patio and the beach. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the decor was stunning, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the home. Thank you for hosting us and making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this property to others!
