Location
This property is situated on the marina side within the private, gated, and exclusive Pedregal community in Cabo San Lucas. It is just a two-block walk from downtown Cabo, offering convenient access to local attractions.
The Space
The home features four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom includes a sofa bed and its own full bathroom. The master suite has a walk-in closet and direct access to the pool courtyard. The second and third bedrooms also have closets and private bathrooms. From the fourth bedroom, step out onto the terrace with views of Cabo.
A large sundeck provides beautiful marina views. The terrace includes a private pool with an attached jacuzzi, which is heated for comfort.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and wine fridge. It contains all the tools and gadgets needed for home cooking. The breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table accommodates eight guests comfortably.
Guests can also hire a local chef to prepare meals on-site.

Casa Isabella is such a great location you can walk to coffee shops in the morning! The house is clean and decorated nice. The communication with the hosts was fantastic. There was an issue with the AC and the hosts sent someone out immediately to fix it. We also were able to check in early which was a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was great and exactly like the photos! About a 20 minute (hilly) walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to town. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub got hot! The kitchen was stocked nicely before we got there. All of the air conditioning worked great. One of the showers didn’t warm up, all of the others did. A little buggy but not awful. Host was easy to communicate with, helped us book airport transportation both ways. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

Beautiful home in a very safe private community. Conveniently located close to Marina, shopping , and restaurants. The house was stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking. Hot tub and pool was a hit. We were met at the house and host walked us through everything. We would definitely stay there again

This was my group's first time in Cabo and this place was exactly as pictured and described. Not only was the host responsive with all questions asked before we got there, she also greeted us as we arrived and the check in process was seamless. The home was extremely clean and had all listed amenities in working order. The pool and jacuzzi were a wonderful addition. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and only a short walk to downtown Cabo and the Marina area. Our host even arranged round trip transportation to and from the airport for us and the drivers were on time and professional with nice up to date SUV automobiles. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Cabo. Thank you so much to Ana Patricia and Cristina for making this a truly remarkable experience.
