100% recommended; the property is cozy and very comfortable. The kitchen is spectacular; we loved it. The rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms, and the beds are super comfortable. We really enjoyed the playground area. We really liked the green area, which, along with the pool, creates that super cool country feel. The pool is well-maintained and clean. The service provided by the cleaning person is excellent, and the food is delicious. Overall, we loved the property.

Our stay at Hacienda Borneo was wonderful. Ana María's hospitality and the well-kept property made our stay a magical experience for our family. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, comfortable, and very clean place with great common areas and a well equipped kitchen, though the fridge could cool better. Towels are not provided, which wasn’t an issue for us since we drove, but it’s something long distance travelers may want to note. The host was warm and attentive, greeting us personally with coffee ready. During our stay, teenagers from our group attempted to make a fire pit, which caused some grass damage; a plastic chair and the stove tray were also affected. Although I understood the frustration, especially given the love and effort they put into their garden, I left feeling emotionally affected by the repeated expressions of disappointment, despite having acknowledged the situation, agreed to cover the costs for deep cleaning and repairs, and tipped the cleaning lady. I believe these are factors that should be understood as possibilities when renting a property. Overall, it’s a lovely property.

What can I say. This is a slide of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family, and Ana was in constant contact to make sure everything was going well. The coffee they grow there is AMAZING!!! It was very close to the town, strategically located, and easy to get around. The place is massive, and the social area honestly is the highlight of our trip. Such a gorgeous place - highly recommended.
