Located in the heart of town, this centrally situated tropical retreat offers easy walking access to everything. Known as the most Instagrammable house in Jaco, this unique property sits on a 10,000 square foot compound just steps from the beach.

The villa features a large private pool with a water slide, a hot tub, a basketball court, a steam room, a pool table, a waterfall, an outdoor bar, a foosball table, arcade games, a firepit, two garden gazebos with BBQ facilities, hammocks, a cocktail lounge, and a playground. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and LCD TVs.

The grounds are lush, spacious, and well maintained, offering ample indoor and outdoor communal areas ideal for hosting large groups. This makes it perfect for families, weddings, retreats, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or anyone seeking a comfortable, private, and secure vacation spot.

Inside, the design blends natural Costa Rican style with North American comforts, featuring brand-new stainless steel kitchen appliances, beautiful woodwork, handmade furniture, and a wide range of amenities and entertainment options. The property is surrounded by vibrant, colorful artwork created by local artists.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the frequent sightings of tropical birds such as toucans and scarlet macaws, as well as geckos and iguanas in the gardens. The property also grows various fruits including mango, papaya, bananas, and cacao, which guests are welcome to enjoy when in season.

Bedrooms

Each of the eight bedrooms is uniquely themed and decorated with mural art by local artists, highlighting Costa Rica’s natural beauty. Custom handcrafted beds provide comfortable accommodations for groups of all sizes.

The newly built two-story guest house includes five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This secluded villa offers privacy and security while being just minutes on foot from all the local attractions and activities. The neighborhood is very safe and secure, making it an ideal retreat within the town.

• Due to the nature of bachelor groups and men’s trips, private security is required; please inquire about rates.
• Access is not granted to outside concierges or vacation planning companies.
• Parking on the property is limited to one car. The area is monitored by security cameras. Additional parking is available on Calle Santana, approximately 25 meters from the villa, in a secure location.
