Great location walking distance downtown

Perfect location and great host!

This house was perfect! We had three families celebrating spring break in Cabo San Lucas. This was super close to beaches, restaurants, downtown, and more. We never used Uber or taxi this trip...We walked everywhere. It was so close!

The host was so easy to communicate and was so friendly upon our arrival.

Home itself is exactly as described. The kitchen and family room have high ceilings and have a very nice vibe. The bedrooms each have their own air conditioner...some worked a little better than others, but overall the air conditioning was a must and did work! The one in the family room got really really cold!

The home is definitely on our radar to rent again next time we are in Cabo San Lucas.

We stayed at Ana Patricia's place with a group of 6 people and given how spacious it was, the house worked well. The location was good with the beach, marina, major shopping, old town and restaurants all within an easy walk. Sreet noise did start early in the morning, but that goes with the location and street frontage. Ana Patricia was responsive and helpful. House security was good.

We had so much fun staying here for our group‘s bachelorette party! We were right in the heart of everything. If you walk up the hill and take a right, you can see the ocean immediately. If you didn’t feel like walking home, you could take five dollar Ubers. It was amazing. I would definitely stay here again as we come to Cabo often. The host was so responsive!

Very spacious, beautiful home for the 6 of us. Location is perfect! Walkable to the marina and many places. Cristina was very helpful and had great communication with us. We would highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Ana’s place in Cabo was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully kept the property was. Every detail was cared for, making the space feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location could not have been more perfect, close to everything, yet peaceful enough to truly relax and enjoy.

What made the experience even more special was Ana herself. She was one of the kindest and most responsive hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of booking with. Anytime we had a question, she was quick to help, and she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable.

I can’t recommend this property enough. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I’m already planning to book it again every time I return to Cabo. Thank you, Ana, for making our trip unforgettable!

I recently stayed here in Ana Patricia’s home in Cabo for a bachelorette party and it was a positive experience. The property was very clean, which is always a top priority when traveling. The host was proactive in communication, answering all questions in a timely manner.

One of the standout features of this Airbnb was its location. It was centrally situated, allowing easy access to a variety of activities and dining options within walking distance. I appreciated being able to explore the area without the need for transportation.

Ana was amazing and responded very quickly to everything. Her home was the perfect location for our group of 7! We walked everywhere! Minimal inclines. Every single bedroom had a bathroom assigned to it. The kitchen was fully stocked! 10/10 recommend!

This place is amazing! Very spacious, warm rustic decor, but also most of the modern amenities you’d need. Ridiculously close to everything you need - right behind a mall and major superstore. 10-15 min away to both the downtown Cabo strip and nicer restaurants and also the beach/Mango Deck.

Great and comfortable place for a large group. Each room has its own bathroom which is super convenient. Location is also close to the beach, supermarkets, and main area for going out.

This house is beautiful and arguably one of the best locations in Cabo to many of the bars and restaurants. The home was excellent and had everything you could possibly need. The host was very friendly and prompt on texting although there may have been a slight language barrier. No big deal though. Whether this home is for a group of friends or a large family trip, this house could not have been better. 10/10 recommend.

The house was amazing! It looked exactly as the pictures, but the view and ambience from the outdoor spaces, pool, rooftop bar could not be captured in the photos!! enjoying coffee in the morning, watching the sunrise from the rooftop and watching the sunset in the evening from the rooftop are sitting around the fire, enjoying our time with friends and family was priceless! The location of the house is very convenient for going to the marina, going to the beach, going into the downtown area of Cabo as well as access to any amenity that you could want. Amazing house in an amazing location!

We had the best time in Cabo at Ana Patricia's place! She graciously met us at the house and gave us a tour. She is extremely responsive and helpful. Location is perfect - walkable everywhere and so much to do in the area. Loved the set up of the house and all beds were great and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms as well. Would love to stay again next time we come!

This home was perfect for what we wanted for our family vacation—we have those who love the beach and those who want to experience city life instead. This location was great to get to the beach, shopping, great restaurants, the marina—all within walking distance. The private pool was great and there was plenty of room for our family of 8 to spread out while in the house. The rooftop gathering area was fun as well. The home was clean and it was nice that there was a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom.

4 night stay for a bachelor party and this house was perfect for our group of 6. You won't find a better location in Cabo. Very short walk to the marina for fishing and into town for restaurants/nightlife. Lots to do at the house we loved all the outdoor seating areas and rooftop deck. Neighborhood felt and house felt secure. Cristina was super helpful and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay at this property. Plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. It is walking distance to the BEST restaurants, bars, and activities. We went here for a bachelorette party and it was so incredibly perfect! We would definitely use this airbnb in the future!!!

Stayed at Casa Los Mismos for my bachelorette party with 8 girls. The Airbnb was above all expectations! It was clean, plenty of space, and located right by central Cabo. The photos do not do justice because the Airbnb looked even better in person. The highlight was the pool which was cleaned on the day we arrived and I can honestly say we spent any possible downtime swimming the pool!

Would book this place again in a heartbeat!

We planed a trip for a friends birthday party to go fishing in Cabo. This villa was the perfect location for our trip. It is walking distance to the marina and the beaches! The house was perfect for us!
