The Space

Villa Hermosa II is a spacious Spanish-style home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It is located at the entrance to Las Conchas in Rocky Point, a secure community with its own private beach.

The home includes:

• Four bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests
• High vaulted ceilings and large windows that provide abundant natural light
• A fully equipped kitchen with major and small appliances
• A spacious living area with leather sofas and a cozy fireplace
• Three primary bedrooms, each with a fireplace and private bathroom
• Two primary bedrooms with sliding doors that open to ocean views and direct terrace access
• A fourth bedroom with access to a hallway bathroom
• A rear balcony overlooking the parking area
• A furnished terrace leading to the rooftop, which is shared with the first-floor party

Additional Space

Villa Hermosa I is located downstairs and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Each floor has its own private entrance door. The two units share only the main entrance.

Important Information

• Construction is in progress next to the house.
• All-terrain vehicles, utility terrain vehicles, Razors, and jet skis are not permitted in the Las Conchas community.
• Fires and fireworks are not allowed on the beach, in accordance with Las Conchas homeowners association rules.
