The communication was not entirely good. Before booking, they had told me that we could stay in the apartment a little longer after check-out time, but when I booked, they put up some obstacles. Which made us no longer feel completely comfortable. Also, the air conditioning in the master bedroom didn't work. Apart from that, everything was fine. It was clean and very inviting.

My experience was simply wonderful! The apartment is excellent: very comfortable, extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean. For me, cleanliness is one of the most important things in any accommodation, and everything was perfect. I came to Los Cabos for work and stayed for almost a month. I only had to move because Barbara no longer had availability on the dates I needed. If it were up to me, I would have stayed until the end of the trip. Barbara is an exceptional host: very attentive, kind, and always available to help with whatever was needed. Lara, who helps take care of the apartment, is also an incredible and very attentive person. The location is excellent. The building is approximately one minute from the beach entrance, with access through the RIU Hotel. The apartment is on the sixth floor, facing the beach, with a lovely view. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I recommend this apartment without hesitation. God bless you! Barbara
