This upstairs unit is part of a brand-new build located in a tranquil neighborhood nestled in the jungle, just off the main road and steps from public transportation. The property shares an identical house next door and offers privacy with access to shared outdoor spaces.

- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds, comfortably accommodating up to four adults
- One spacious bathroom equipped with rain shower heads
- Air conditioning in every room
- A fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker
- A kitchen island suitable for dining
- High-speed internet and Wi-Fi
- Smart TVs
- Security cameras monitoring only the exterior areas for your peace of mind
Maid service is available upon request. Laundry service can be arranged with Angie for an additional fee of $12 per load, or guests may use a local laundromat located a few houses away.
Outdoor Features
Guests have full access to the house and shared outdoor spaces, including:
- A shared outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand
- A small yard between the two houses, ideal for relaxing and observing local wildlife
Parking is available on the premises. While a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, it is not mandatory.
Location
The property is centrally positioned between Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park. It is approximately a five-minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is private and residential, surrounded by lush jungle and offering beautiful views.

Enorm groot appartement, fijne plek. Wakker worden door gebrul van apen en kakofonie van vogels. Midden in de jungle en toch in een dorp. Geweldig! Niet voorzien voor 4 personen, 3 stoelen binnen. 2 stoelen buiten. Wc in badkamer. Met zijn 2-en te doen. Je moet echt een 4x4 auto hebben om er te komen.

Such a lovely apartment ❤️🤗. The apartment is quite big, spacious, and beautiful just as shown in the pictures. The ACs work amazingly along with the big ceiling fans, within an hour at arrival the apartment was fresh. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the bed clothes were extremely clean. The bathroom is beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, we were able to make breakfast and dinner. You can park your car outside. Yes, the road to get to the house is very steep, so it is difficult to walk, but the car goes up easily. It’s only 10-15 min away from Manuel Antonio National Park, and 5-10 minutes away from downtown where you can find stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and so on.

The airbnb was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The facilities were all great and clean and we had such a wonderful and memorable stay. The area was also safe and great for walking around. Heather was such a responsive and helpful host, we couldn't have asked for more!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Heathers Airbnb. Besonders die Betten waren super bequem. Heather hat uns vorab viel Infos geschickt und war sehr gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick in den Dschungel und haben auch Papageien vorbei fliegen sehen :)

set back from the main street with a very convenient bus stop at the bottom of the driveway that took us to the beach, Manuel Antonio National Park and Quepos. Monkeys visited the nearby trees. The unit was clean and well cared for! Recommend to others and will return!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos, il est très grand et lumineux et la vue du balcon est magnifique! L’air climatisée dans les différentes pièces permet au logement d’être confortable même par temps très chaud. Le logement est situé à quelques minutes d’un petit marché, des plages et des restaurants. Heather nous avait fait de très bonnes recommandations de sites à visiter dans les environs, nous les avons visités pour la plupart et avons adoré. Finalement Heather nous a accommodées pour la journée du départ et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissantes! On est très privilégiées d’avoir eu une hôte comme Heather! Merci!

We had wonderful experience during our stay. The house was very clean and beautiful. In fact most of the times it wouldn't match the photos listed but this place exceeded our expectations. Heather was friendly and very proactive in giving out lot of tour recommendations and near by restaurants, groceries. Very detailed instructions and prompt response. Very close to the bus stop and convenient for traveling. I recommend and will definitely pick this place if I am coming back again.
