I stayed at this home with my wife and four children and it was wonderful! The pictures are incredibly accurate. The pool is awesome! The view is breathtaking. I will remind you to bring bug spray if you want to hang out at the pool. They can’t do anything about the mosquitoes, but you can bring bug spray. We rented a golf cart from Gomar, which is located across the street, it was very easy to get a cart every morning. We also ate many meals at La Carbonera, which is also across the street. Everything is a 10 to 30 minute golf cart ride away. We went to Playa Norte three times and had a blast! The location, gives you the best of both sides of the island. We would definitely stay here again. The family that cares for the property was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you to Maria, Ana, Ivan, Pancho, Lorena and Bryan, you made our stay enjoyable, comfortable and helped us with everything we needed!

This home was spectacular! We all agreed that it was better in person than the photos show. The property was extremely clean and the manager was quick to respond to any message. We will most definitely rent this home again.

Great place to stay on Isla Mujeres, we had our own slice of paradise with a fully gated front and back access, the view with the sunset was absolutely stunning, we privacy all the way around and this part of the island was local and simple. If you are looking for relaxation and privacy with a view this is your place! We would come back, thank you again for hosting us.

Beautiful & peaceful home! It’s well kept and clean, with a luxurious vibe. The layout is perfect for multiple guests, as each room has its own bathroom with a patio/balcony. Plenty of filtered water to drink was provided, however the water quality coming into the home was better than my hometown back in the states, so it probably was safe to consume. On the topic of water, the negative was that the water pressure downstairs was pretty weak and the bedroom near the kitchen had very little hot water when the shower was used. The only disappointment we had was that the washer and dryer wasn’t allowed to be used. It’s not listed as an amenity, so it wasn’t expected, but when we discovered there were machines on premise, it was a disappointment to not have the option to use them. Also, take note, while enjoying the outside pool and beach area, WEAR BUG SPRAY. We got bit up pretty bad just hanging out by the pool. This is just a word of advice- not anything the owner can control.

Hosts staff were very kind and helpful! The house is very nice and all of us adults were very comfortable. The grounds are very family friendly but I would only say for families with young children that the home is very nice, such as white furniture right inside from the pool, and very nice furnishings throughout the house. We loved it!! Probaby would have been a little stressed taking adolescent family members.

We absolutely loved it here!! I’m not sure what the previous complaint was about! Yes, there is an added fence between the house & beach so it doesn’t match the photo exactly, but the fence is for your security & privacy! Everything was clean & air conditioning worked in every room of the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again!!

This is a beautiful home but we had some issues. The main floor suite was without air conditioning for 24 hours. It was brutally hot. The smoke alarm needed a new battery and was beeping when we arrived. We climbed on the counter to remove the battery. Warm showers were not available in the downstairs suite. It would seem that these things would have been handled prior. We did break a small part on the washing machine lid when unloading our laundry. Accidents happen and we will pay for it, as requested. We were not being careless. The pictures of the pool area and beach are NOT what we got. She needs to update them. They are very misleading. The beach area is tiny and not at all like the advertised photos. We did appreciate the security and privacy of this home. Fun bars and good food nearby also.

Amazing stay with our 3 small kids! We felt safe and tucked away but also easy to golf cart anywhere! Loved our private beach and pool , we will be back!
