Das Haus ist herrlich. Es hat eine wirklich hervorragende Lage mit eigenem Strand, der vom Garten aus betreten wird. Alles ist so, wie auf den Fotos! Sehr gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, Hängematte, Schaukel, freundliches Housekeeping und einen Securitymann für nachts, denn von Seiten des Strandes, ist ein offener Zugang. Das war nicht störend, wir fühlten uns dadurch sehr sicher, wobei wir uns in Santa Teresa nie unwohl fühlten. Wellengang und Strömung waren vorm Haus zu unserer Zeit beeindruckend stark, dass wir eher an den angrenzenden Stränden mit lifeguards ins Wasser gingen. Wenn wir wieder nach CR reisen, kommen wir hier auf jeden Fall vorbei.

We LOVED our stay at The Beach House! The home was lovely and clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms are incredible! The home had everything we needed. We spent lots of time on the back patio enjoying the views. We had long walks on the beach in the mornings and evenings. We felt very comfortable and safe in this space. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed our dinners at Katana and Uma just up the beach. Lunch at Eat Street was fantastic and we had a lovely breakfast at The Bakery. We highly recommend checking out all that Santa Teresa has to offer while conveniently staying at The Beach House.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House! The location is incredible, steps from the beach and less than 5 min walk to the main road, close to shops and restaurants. The house is set back from the beach with an expansive lawn which provides privacy and a great spot for kids to play. They have a swing and small pool with an incredible ocean view. Our 10 year old loved both and felt safe outside. The host, Sofie and team, were incredibly welcoming and responsive. She shared many activities and recommendations. The house is very comfortable and clean. AC and ceiling fans work great and the kitchen is modern and well maintained. Also there is no TV which encourages you to stay outside! Note there is club music in evening from hotel a couple doors down but it’s quiet by 10 pm. Also doors/windows are very good which reduces noise. I only mention as a heads up for those who don’t love dance music! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at The Beach House! The photos almost don't do it justice, so beautiful, the location was perfect and we spent many evenings walking from the home to a neighboring restaurant along the beach. The daily cleaning/landscaping crew was such a lovely perk since we had a clean house every day like a hotel but the comfort of a home. The home has 3 bedrooms but one is separate from the main house, almost like an in law unit, which is great if you wanted more privacy. Hugh bathrooms and comfortable beds and couch. Many days spent relaxing outside! The team was great to work with and help organize a chef dinner and experiences for us, highly recommend!! We can't wait to go back!

It is heaven on earth! Sophie, our concierge, made every step of our journey so easy. She was very responsive and we appreciated the welcome basket of fruit and wine! The house keeper and groundskeeper were wonderful and the house was cleaned spotless everyday and the grounds were maintained beautifully. Thank you so much and we hope to be back one day!

Initially obstinate, but accommodating and a wonderful host and property. Based on their accommodating our request we definitely recommend and will return. We refuse to stay at unreasonably inflexible properties and notate our stay to warn others.
