What an incredible view! The first morning, we had a visit from squirrel monkeys around 5:45 AM. And, around 4:30 PM, many capuchin monkeys passed by for about 15 minutes. We saw many toucans (keel-billed and channel-billed). The hotel where the accommodation is located is very good. We enjoyed the pool in the jungle (since we had children, it was impossible to go to the beautiful adult pool). The hotel staff reserved a table for us at El-avion, the most beautiful in the restaurant! Very simple and efficient with the reception. Note that there were lights on all the time at night on the small path to get to the accommodation below. We had to close the curtains behind the beds to avoid this (rather than 100% immersion in the jungle). It would be convenient to have an outdoor shower in front of units 14 to 19 when you come back from the beach. (The one for the pool is a 5-minute walk away) We would highlyrecommend

Fantastic home and location! It’s right at the top of Costa Verde resort, far enough away from the main road to be quiet at night. Great view. The back porch was my favorite place to sit in the evenings and just hear the sounds of the jungle critters coming out. Also the toucans would fly around in the evening and when the squirrel monkeys were also in the same tree it was entertaining to watch them fight for space. The home was very clean, AC worked great, and owner was responsive to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to come again! Pura Vida!

A cute little apartment with a beautiful view! The beach (15-20 min walking) and hotel reception (8 minute walking) were a bit of a trek to walk to but the hotel offered a shuttle that was easy to request and quick to arrive so it wasn’t an issue. Also Ubers were cheap and readily available! Would recommend this place!

The accommodation is located in the Costa Verde resort. The balcony was very large, and the view from it is magnificent. Within walking distance of good restaurants. The pools were clean and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much.

our stay at Shannon + Kenneth's was magical. the surroundings were beautiful - with an ocean view and plenty of animals for our entertainment. our accommodations felt private while also accessible to the restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. the apartment was clean, bug-free, with lots of space for my friend and I to enjoy our stay. check-in/check-out was so easy, and the amenities to the many pools, and stunning views were the icing on the cake! I would stay there again in a heartbeat <3

Beautiful, with views of the rainforest and the Pacific Ocean. We feel alone in the world. Squirrel monkeys came to visit us and play on our rooftop several times. The park is splendid, and the pools are lovely. The cleaning was thorough. Recommended.

Just awesome. Wish we could give ten stars! The location and property are perfect for anything you want to do near Manuel Antonio. Minutes to the National spark and beach and lots of walkable food choices. And if you’re looking for animal adventures you don’t even have to leave the room. Other reviews talked about seeing animals but our visit was crazy. Capuchin monkeys in the morning, squirrel monkeys with babies in the afternoon, agoutis, macaws , toucans every day. The shining star was a sloth by the pool. Mind blowing for us anyway. Don’t hesitate to book this location. It was fantastic.

Had a wonderful time during our stay! The pools were lovely especially the one in the adult area. The unit is very spacious and we loved the incredible view and large balcony. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well with a good selection of food options! Would definitely return!
