Contemporary Seafront Villa is a spacious, oceanfront three-bedroom home with more than 3,000 square feet of living space, including a large beachside patio surrounding a private pool.

The Space

Wooded lots, mature shrubs, bushes, and tropical flowers on both sides of the house screen neighboring properties and provide extensive privacy. The home features:

• All-concrete construction
• Ceilings measuring 9 feet or higher
• Tinted, double-glazed windows and doors
• A cool, quiet interior
• Direct access to one of the best beaches in Belize

The weed-free beach has a firm sandy bottom, allowing you to walk more than 100 feet into the water. Sea temperatures average 80°F or higher year-round.

Each of the three bedrooms includes:

• Custom-designed precious hardwood four-poster beds

The master bedroom features:

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are generously sized and furnished with matching custom hardwood pieces. They share a second spacious balcony overlooking the pool and Caribbean Sea. The second bathroom is also finished in black marble and mahogany, creating a cool and serene retreat.

Kitchen and Laundry

The well-appointed kitchen opens onto the large, shaded outdoor living area and includes modern appliances for convenient cooking:

A spacious storage and laundry area is located behind custom cabinetry and includes a washer and dryer.

The generous open-plan living and dining area features large screened windows and floor-to-ceiling, sunrise-facing windows. These windows slide completely to one side, filling the space with natural light and allowing the cool breeze to circulate.

Natural marble floors and the Caribbean breeze help keep the house naturally cool throughout the day. A custom-built corner sofa provides ample space to relax and watch the large-screen television.

Tastefully created local artwork decorates the walls. Outside, plentiful seating beneath hardwood shade creates a welcoming setting for entertaining, dining, or enjoying sunset cocktails.

All water in the house is filtered and safe to drink.

Rates and Occupancy

Effective September 2026, Airbnb fees of 15.5% are included in the rental rate rather than added at the time of booking.

• Base rate for the house and two guests: $722 per night, including the 15.5% Airbnb fee
• Additional guests: $35 per person, per night
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Hotel tax: 9%, not included in the nightly rate

The house is managed by a reputable property management company. Elsner and Ana Balona are Belizeans with many years of experience.
