Villa Aura Tulum is surrounded by lush jungle. You may wake up to birdsong, feel fresh breezes through the trees, and occasionally see butterflies, geckos, ants, or mosquitoes. Every effort is made to keep nature at bay, but these elements are part of Tulum’s authentic environment.

Water and Electricity

Water and electricity services in the area are limited, valuable, and costly. Brief interruptions may occasionally occur, but they are usually restored quickly and rarely affect the overall stay.

Please help conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when they are not in use. This supports the environment and helps prevent additional electricity charges.

Drainage System

Tulum’s drainage system connects directly to the aquifer that feeds the cenotes and jungle. Please do not flush paper or foreign objects down the toilet.

Use the provided bins to help protect the water, prevent contamination, and preserve Tulum’s natural environment.
