Casa Fuego is a spectacular beachfront villa on the Sea of Cortez. To ensure guest privacy and a peaceful stay, the property is rented to only one group at a time.
The villa offers more than 2,500 square feet of living space, terraces, and impressive views of the ocean, pool, and mountains. Guests can relax in the private infinity pool or gather at the poolside island bar, outdoor kitchen, and grills. Well-lit walkways and gardens lead to a private entrance to a secluded beach.
The Space
This poolside, lower-level villa is part of a three-villa complex and includes:

- Private beach access
- Outdoor kitchen and grills
- Full kitchen
- Private entrance and exit
Each villa is completely independent. The top-floor villa is the owner’s suite and is not available for rent.
For larger groups, both villas may be rented together, providing:
- 6,000 square feet of space
- 6 bedrooms
- 12 beds
- 6 full bathrooms
When both villas are rented by the same group, the pool and barbecue areas are reserved exclusively for those guests during their stay.

The view is AMAZING, you are staying for the view, pool, and the private water! We only left to go out for dinner. Roads are super winding, steep, and tight! We didn’t have a problem but would have been nice to know lol my parents who joined us it was a lot for them lol. Not a big deal but we had no clue. We brought food for breakfast and lunch and snacks. He had all cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc Had some minor hiccups but Tim and Marcela attended to our concerns and did what they could. Would stay here again, we traveled with my parents, and four kids ages 16-4 and they all loved it.

It's a very nice place, a bit confusing since I thought it was a house, and it's just that they rent you a floor of the house, since each floor is an apartment. What I did like was that they rent it privately. There's no one else in the house. They only rent it to one person at a time. Very friendly people and excellent service.

Our stay at Tim’s Casa Elementos in San Carlos was absolutely wonderful. The house was perfect in every way beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Every detail made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Mauricio and Marcela, who were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend Casa Elementos to anyone visiting San Carlos. We would gladly return and hope to stay here again in the future!

Magnificent resting place. The description of the amenities was lacking. Incredible views, especially at sunrise with the range of vivid colors, and during the day with the parade of yachts entering/exiting the port. Very easy access to the beach, which was a nice bonus. It's also great for taking out a kayak or an inflatable paddle board. The pool-terrace was excellent for the number of people. The house itself is completely functional. There was nothing missing for the stay. Highly recommended.

The villa we stayed at was beautiful. It was in a gated community so it felt very safe. It’s not far from the town’s center so it was easy to drive to wherever we wanted to go that day in San Carlos. The villa itself was very spacious with an amazing view of the water. There is a stairway that goes down to a private beach that offers even more places to sit down and enjoy the view. The owner, Tim, was very hospitable and responsive the whole time. The cleaning lady was also extremely hospitable and would check on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall an amazing stay and I would 100% recommend booking with Timothy. This will be my go-to every time I am planning a trip to San Carlos.

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a family vacation. The views were breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel extra special. The location was great, and the space had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the host — incredibly kind, responsive, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
