The Space
La Coqueta is one of three villas managed within the residence, located near Santa Fe de Antioquia, Sopetrán, and Olaya. The other two villas are available through the host’s profile.

- Four bedrooms distributed across two levels
- Air conditioning in every bedroom
- A closet and beautiful outdoor views in each bedroom
- A swimming pool
- Board games
- Recreational areas for family entertainment
Housekeepers maintain the property before, during, and after your stay to provide a high standard of service.
There are no check-in or check-out restrictions between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Pets are welcome.
A service employee is available for additional assistance for an extra fee of $120,000.
Guest Access
All areas are accessible except the butler’s house.
Outside the property, guests can find cafés and ecological trails. The majestic Cauca River is also just a few minutes’ walk from the villa.
Important Information
- Body towels are not provided. Due to environmental concerns and water shortages in the area, guests are asked to bring their own personal towels.
- Sound equipment is not provided. Guests must bring their own sound device.
- Charcoal for the grill or barbecue is not provided. Guests who wish to use the grill or barbecue must purchase their own charcoal.

The place is beautiful, clean and quiet. David was always very attentive to whatever we needed. The butlers were very professional. I would definitely go back.

The property is exactly as shown in the photos. It's an excellent place to spend time as a family, rest, and enjoy a quiet space. The view, the fruit trees, the green area, the birdsong, butterflies, flowers... are the perfect combination for a good morning and for relaxing. David's service before the stay and Don Alirio's service during the stay were very friendly and personal (it might be good to have Don Alirio's contact information beforehand, in case you get lost on the way, because we got a little lost on the way. The location had an entrance further ahead and it was before, and David wasn't getting the messages or the calls. They were going to voicemail, and we had to ask the people nearby). Keep in mind that when I went, they didn't have WiFi.

Overall, we found the property to be very nice and pleasant to share as a family. It was well equipped, and we had a very good time during our stay. Alirio's help and willingness were very important, and he was always attentive to help with whatever was necessary. As areas for improvement, we found a room without a light bulb, a bathroom toilet flush handle that did not work properly, and difficulties with the data signal, internet, and Wi-Fi. We also couldn't use the cable TV. We recommend that future visitors bring towels, sound equipment, download the music beforehand, and bring a ball to enjoy the experience even more. Otherwise, everything was great.
