This beach house offers direct access to the ocean and is situated in the heart of the original fishing village, where you can still experience the authentic atmosphere of Nicaragua. The nearby kilometer-long beach provides excellent opportunities for surfing, swimming, and fishing.
You can enjoy peaceful surroundings and beautiful sunsets, participate in outdoor activities, or savor delicious food and live music at nearby bars and restaurants. For shopping, a small store is located directly across from the house, and the city of León is just 20 kilometers away.
The Space
The house features three bedrooms spread over two floors:
- Two bedrooms on the first floor, each with queen-size beds and a bathroom located directly opposite these rooms.
- One upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a spacious balcony offering sea views.
Each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets and fans. The property also provides reliable Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate six people and includes a coffee machine and blender. Behind the house, there is a barbecue area for outdoor cooking.
For relaxation, there are books available to enjoy while lounging in the hammocks, as well as games for entertainment.

A place to enjoy as a family. Perfect if you want to surf in front of the house. Important: If you want to enjoy the sea for swimming, this location is not recommended. The fans are not enough to cool you off and get a good night's sleep.

I stayed at the fantastic Casa Del Mar for a month and would have loved to have stayed longer. The house and property are spacious, and the sea view the windows open to is gorgeous. The beach is quiet and peaceful on weekdays (busier on weekends). The internet went down in the town a few times, but the house's wifi itself is excellent. Jana was highly responsive, even at "off" hours. Karla (the housekeeper) and her family were also helpful. And there's a great restaurant (SUA) just a couple of doors over. I really couldn't have asked for more.

no internet, bathroom downstairs needs a lot of maintenance. no water pressure throughout most of the stay. not a bad place but overpriced in my opinion.
