A uniquely designed house with a contemporary, modern flare accompanied by a large, heated infinity rooftop pool overlooking the ocean, city, hotels and mountains. The house is perched on a small hill with impeccable views close to all the action but still far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and uniqueness of a Puerto Vallarta neighborhood.
The space Conveniently located in downtown Puerto Vallarta, the house has 3 floors with a rooftop for entertainment. The first floor has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 1 sofa bed, living room, full kitchen, patio, washer and dryer and can sleep 4. The upper level has 2 floors and can accommodate 8 guests. It provides 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, 4 patios, living room, dining room and a washer and dryer. The rooftop area has a heated infinity pool overlooking city/ocean, a grill, small refrigerator, bar, raised wood deck with lounging area and a bathroom/shower.
WALK to everything within 5 minutes!!!! Shopping, restaurants, bars, ocean, beaches, a great local fish and fruit market, churches, parks, sports stadium and only a 10 minute walk to the world famous malecon/boardwalk. Liquor/convenience next door along with an amazing restaurant/bar in which you will receive a 10 percent discount on the food as a guest of the house!
THERE IS AN EXTRA GUEST CHARGE FOR PARTIES OVER 8 PEOPLE. $30 usd per person, per night.
The house and pool are completely PRIVATE, no sharing!
Lights illuminate the rooftop bar area for nighttime enjoyment. The view from the rooftop will take your breath away, from the mountains to the city to the expansive points of Banderas Bay. Watch the fireworks from the lighted pool, see the parasailers skim the horizon or watch the beautiful sunsets or relax in the ocean breeze.
All toiletries and linens will be provided including soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Separate towels for the pool will be provided. House keeping is conducted after your stay. The pool is not heated from May 1st to Nov. 1st.

We had a great stay at Christopher’s place in Puerto Vallarta! Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was great, close to downtown, within walking distance of the beach, and only a few blocks from the Malecón. Christopher was an excellent host and always responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything, even late at night. It was also very helpful having someone downstairs at the store who works with Christopher and could assist us during business hours. Any concerns we had were handled quickly, and Christopher always made sure we were accommodated. The A/C worked great, the appliances and washers worked perfectly, parking was convenient, and the area was quiet. Everyone in our group was comfortable and had a great time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Christopher’s place!

The location of the house was great, quick and access El Malecón. The house was big and spacious. The way it was set up it’s great for a few different families which worked out great for us, having two kitchens in two different floors was definitely a plus! Chris and Maribel were both very attentive and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a very good stay at Casa Iscamil. The house is very well equipped with everything you need for cleaning and everything you need for cooking. The terrace is a place where you'll always want to be. The sunset view from the pool makes it special. Chris and Maribel are very friendly and always attentive. Their service is definitely a plus.

Everyone enjoyed our stay, the pool was so refreshing in July heat, and our sleeps where comfortable and cool with A/C. There are 4 levels of stairs to the pool. Walking to the Malecon is not a problem but we mainly Ubered which was cheap. Definitely would stay again.

We just stayed there with a group of 8 on a bachelorette trip. This place was absolutely perfect!! We loved the neighborhood- great food options nearby, local beach was beautiful, felt safe the entire time. The house itself was ideal- super clean, spacious, unbelievable pool. Christopher was a great host and made the entire process super easy. Would stay there again with a big group in a heart beat.
