The house is very nice, the garden is spectacular. Very comfortable beds. The interior needs a little maintenance. I didn't like the cleaning service that is paid for separately. The staff changed in the last few days, and the lady was very attentive. I would definitely come back. My goal was to rest, and the house is perfect for that. The host is 10/10, always attentive. Everything was perfect. Diego was always attentive and very friendly. The place is just like the photos, even better. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool and hot tub were at the perfect temperature. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. The kitchen is well-equipped. Beto was very friendly and gave us complete privacy. I highly recommend staying here if you want a great place and comfort. It's totally worth it. I would definitely come back.

From the very first moment, communication was flawless: always attentive, friendly, and genuinely willing to make sure our stay was perfect. You can tell the level of commitment and professionalism in every detail. The house is very nice, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, which allowed us to truly enjoy our stay in Cuernavaca to the fullest. The place was amazing, very comfortable, well maintained, and located in a nice, safe neighborhood. The only consideration is that there isn’t complete privacy, as the people who maintain the property live next door within the same house and come out periodically to water the grass, clean the pool, etc.
