A very nice place to stay, spacious rooms, everything extremely clean, excellent view, the service was very good, they immediately resolved issues when needed, the jacuzzi they have is beautiful and the entire complex itself is very quiet and nice. Also, the pools in the shared area are very nice and clean.

As someone who chooses airbnb over a resort or hotel over and over again because of the experiences I’ve had & with hosts, I unfortunately didn’t feel that way during our stay at this specific Mistiq apartment, The property itself is beautiful, the pool, building felt very safe, private etc. As far as our host, It felt more like a list of rules rather than a caring check - in text. Our host didn’t check in once during our stay which is new to me. We arrived and loved how big the space was, but didn’t love how the photos online looked different than the actual space, there were no plants, only one bedside table in a room, some unfishied caulking, we went to sit on the couch and looked at our feet and they were dark grey/black from the floor. The host provides no hand soap in the entire house 3.5 bath and no hand soap. No salt/pepper. Pool lights weren’t working. We only had 3 trash bags for 7 days, 6p. Spacious atleast, but I would recommend a host that can go above and beyond

Our stay at Mistiq was amazing. Waking up to the view was beyond my expectations. Close to great food (Italian job had the best pizza) super market close by. The unit is ideally situated just outside the chaos and traffic yet soo close. Upon arrival there was a bit of an issue w communication but nothing the beach couldn’t solve. We didn’t cook much as the unit lacked a lot of basic condiments you typically find in other homes so if we cooked we had to buy everything we needed even coffee. The home was clean and spacious inside which we loved. Sliding doors don’t lock as they seem to be broken. There were remnants of joints (weed) left upstairs on the terrace. Wouldn’t have been to pleased if we had small children but no issue w us. And the pool lights don’t seem to work. However even w these small things we’d return in a heartbeat! Thank you!

It was beautiful, spacious, and had amazing views from the rooftop, living room balcony, and bedroom. The property also had great amenities, including a pool, gym, and rooftop area. The host left a helpful brochure with excursions and local recommendations. The location is not very walkable, but Ubers were affordable and made it easy to get anywhere in Cabo. If you want to stay outside of the busy downtown area, this is a good option. My biggest concern was security. The rooftop door led directly into the Airbnb, but the lock did not work. Even with a gated entrance and security guard, every exterior door should lock. I felt this concern was downplayed, and we were uncomfortable enough to spend two nights elsewhere. There were also small spiders inside, stained outdoor daybeds, and late-night noise from barking dogs and people talking. I would stay again only if the rooftop door is properly secured that’s a basic requirement that I believe has to be fixed!

The Airbnb was not as described. Before booking, I specifically asked about the pool lights because I had seen multiple reviews mentioning that they did not work. I was assured that the issue had been resolved. However, during my stay, the pool lights were not working which sucked for us since we were really looking forward to it, because of the enticing sunset picture. If you are mainly booking it for the pool I would reconsider, it was dirty and no lights. We communicated the problem to them, and they said someone will look at it but nothing happened. There was a significant ant problem throughout the property, with ants present in multiple rooms during our stay.

Good overall. In our case, we had problems with the private pool area, no lighting in the barbecue and pool area, and the barbecue had no gas. They fixed it the next day, and that's why I think it's acceptable, since the host responds quickly and is attentive.

Beautiful place. Looks exactly like the photos and tons of space for a group of people. Tons of natural light. The host has many services as well like massages and private chef. The chef food was really good. I would recommend for a large group. The only downside is you can’t walk anywhere because it’s all new development and the Main Street is kind of far.
