We were there as a family and the stay was very pleasant. Claudia, the host, was very friendly and very attentive with any information. My car even broke down on the road, and Claudia helped me by recommending a shop where they fixed the problem in a timely manner. I recommend it 200%.

As customers, we had a domestic emergency that we were unable to attend to. We tried to reach a fair agreement with Ms. Claudia, but it was not possible. As customers, we strongly disagree with her refusal to reach a refund agreement, and it is not fair because the entire loss of money cannot fall solely on us. Furthermore, I believe I was responsible in providing advance notice that I would not be present at the house due to a situation beyond my control, and even then there was no solution offered by them, so be very careful.
