Rooftop Terrace and Barbecue

The upper level features a terrace with a pergola, grill, outdoor dining area for six people, and two lounge chairs.

One of Shark Villa’s distinctive spaces is the home theater, which includes a 100-inch screen, sound system, and two sofa beds.

The main living room features a 70-inch television and offers an additional space to gather and relax.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The kitchen is equipped with Teka appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

• One bedroom is on the ground floor, two are on the first floor, and two are on the second floor.
• The home theater also functions as a bedroom and includes two sofa beds.
• The pool is private and heated. Children must be supervised by an adult while using it.
• The residence has a family-oriented atmosphere. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and keep music and noise at a moderate volume, especially at night.
• A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• Additional cleaning can be arranged during the stay for an extra fee and subject to availability.
• Transportation, tours, yachts, private chef services, and massages are available at additional costs separate from the accommodation.
