Alejandro’s place was perfect! So much space with all of the bedrooms. They were always responsive and available for any help we needed with security/the gate for the neighborhood. We had to book last minute after having issues with another place and they accepted us quickly! I would recommend or stay again. The master bedroom is gorgeous! It is very new a lot of drivers could not find the place on their GPS. We spent a few times walking through the neighborhood finding people. But wouldn’t change our stay because of this!

Alejandro was a great host. He accommodated all guest requests, was very responsive and helpful. The Villa was amazing, beautiful and very spacious. If I were to travel to Cancun again, I would want to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and everything was in excellent condition. The host was very kind and flexible with our early arrival, and was always attentive and available whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Alejandro was responsive, but our experience felt less welcoming than expected. Before booking, I let him know I was traveling with my children and celebrating my daughter’s birthday, but there was no acknowledgment or even a simple welcome message after checkout. Housekeeping arrived around 9 a.m., even though checkout was 10 a.m., which felt rushed. The shower water was extremely salty, almost like bathing in seawater. The host said this was normal for Cancun, but I’ve visited Cancun three times and never experienced this. There was also active construction on both sides of the home, which should be disclosed in the listing as it was dusty and noisy. We asked for recommendations on activities, but none were provided, and we weren’t told about community amenities like the playground. That said, the home itself was clean, in great condition, and the beds were very comfortable.
