The Space

Casa La Paz is a tranquil jungle retreat located just minutes from the vibrant downtown area of Manuel Antonio and its stunning beaches. Surrounded by lush, terraced gardens, the home offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas that create a peaceful atmosphere.

The property is a private oasis nestled in virgin rainforest, home to fascinating wildlife such as monkeys, sloths, toucans, and many other exotic birds. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, yet within walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and more.

The house itself feels like a garden sanctuary, fully private for guests renting the property. It features two bedrooms, each with a closet and brand new Sealy Posturepedic queen mattresses, along with bed covers, sheets, blankets, and pillows. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while a second bathroom is located off the living room. The bedrooms comfortably accommodate four guests, and a built-in padded sofa can serve as a bed for a fifth guest if needed.

The kitchen blends modern touches with rustic charm, equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite tile countertops, and stylish lighting fixtures. It includes dishware, cutlery, glasses, a microwave, an oven/range, pots and pans, and a powerful Vitamix blender perfect for smoothies, salsas, and soups.

New Spanish tile flooring extends throughout the home, including outdoor patios, the shower, and veranda. A handrail leads up the main stairs. Vibrant paintings created by a local artist decorate the walls, adding a unique artistic touch.

For comfort, the master bedroom has a remote-controlled air conditioning unit. The second bedroom and main living area feature large windows and multiple ceiling fans. Three doors surrounding the main living space provide excellent airflow. The master bedroom door can remain open with the air conditioning on to cool the sofa area. Additionally, a portable floor fan is available for extra cooling and can be moved to any room.

The house also includes a washer and dryer, a television, and high-speed WiFi suitable for working remotely. There is ample parking space for two cars next to the entrance gate.

Casa La Paz is just a 5 to 7-minute walk from the main road of Manuel Antonio, situated on a scenic ridge overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The area offers a variety of attractions including:
