The Space
This charming colonial house is situated in the historic center of Granada, just a five-minute walk from the central park and Calle La Calzada.
Casa Fabi offers two bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 1 includes one double bed and a single bunk bed.
- Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, a private terrace, and a hammock for added privacy.
The living room comes with a Smart TV that provides access to Disney Plus and VIX. Adjacent to the living area, you will find the kitchen and dining room.
A small jacuzzi-style pool is available to help you cool down on warm days.

- Pets are not allowed.
- Use the recommended parking area to prevent any damage. We are not liable for any loss or damage if your vehicle is parked outside the designated area advised by the service team.

Our stay at Casa Fabi was very mixed - interesting and frustrating. Many of the happenings were out of their control, but no communication was a key point of frustration. Out of their control was three separate instances of no water in the area. Also, internet cable being damaged outside of the hose - twice, resulting in 4 days of no internet of wifi. Lastly, two electricity outages. Instances within their control: Cleaning services. We received less than half of the scheduled house cleaning and pool cleanings. They did not show up. we spent those mornings waiting. They do not pay their bills on time. The Water Company literally cut the water pipe going into the building. There was also men at the door looking for other payments.

Very nice accommodation, close to where you can park because it is not advisable to leave it in front of the place for security reasons. In general, the place is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a good stay.

I have stayed at Casa Fabe many of times and still love it. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I hit a glitch with checking in, but it was quickly worked out.

For about the same price as I would pay for a hotel, I get the whole home. Its comfortable and has a pool! They are very nice to work with.

I have stayed with Carlos before and had a great experience but this time it was much different. We originally booked a different house with Carlos and 3 days before check in we were contacted saying that there was roof damage due to rain and we had to be moved to another one of his properties. We were advised to contact ‘Victoria’ with check in information but were ignored, hung up on and then blocked from calling and texts. We waited 4 hours and still with no response, called air bnb. We ended up finding a phone number on IG for a business associate of Carlos and called him to get Carlos’s number. Once we were in contact with him he then sent another person to let us in.. not Victoria. Once inside, the beds didn’t have sheet coverings and there were no towels. My assumption is that because we had to move locations, the home we got was not ready for guests.

Great location. Quiet side street about 10 minute walk to the main walking street. Cool colonial vibe. Reasonable deal. At first the ceiling fans did not work, but they were able to fix this quickly thankfully as it gets quite hot with open air without it. Wifi is really bad. 1.8mb to .8mb down. When I asked Ana about the wifi she never even responded. I asked the neighbors and did a speed test at their place and it was over 300mb down so they just have the absolute lowest and cheapest package at this Airbnb. With 4 people even emails were taking awhile to download. So forget about remote working here. The master bedroom was clean but our friends in the guest room said theirs was kinda dirty. Overall ok but with the fact that when I asked about the wifi I was straight up ignored is a little ridiculous. These people have lots of listings in the area so I guess they just don't care enough to be responsive to guests. We would not stay here again.

I traveled with children and we spend a lot of time in the house. We enjoyed it a lot. You can walk out, and it allowed us to be comfortable during the hot hours.

Not my first stay at one of Carlos properties. He always gets me booked and Ana takes care of check in and out. I always return because the service is grest.

Great place to stay. It just needs a microwave, TV's in the bedrooms and a stronger AC in the master bedroom.
