Meso Maya I was built in 2018 in a traditional-modern style, with the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tulum, known as the “Magic Town.”

The villa is located in the Tulum Heaven residential community, approximately 5 minutes from downtown Tulum. The downtown area offers restaurants for a variety of tastes, as well as shops and souvenir stores. The most popular beaches in Tulum are about an 18-minute drive away, while Holistika, known for yoga and vegetarian food, is just 2 minutes away.
