The Farm
Located in Rozo, our farm offers a peaceful escape from everyday routines. The main house is thoughtfully decorated with vintage details, creating a warm atmosphere reminiscent of a grandmother’s home. Each room is designed to evoke the charm of times gone by.
Guests can also enjoy the surrounding nature, cool off in the pool, and spend a relaxing afternoon with family.
Day Visits
The farm is well suited for family gatherings, quiet celebrations, or simply enjoying a spacious setting surrounded by nature.
To maintain a comfortable experience for everyone, rates and capacity vary depending on the type of visit:
- For a day pass with a group of 14 to 18 people, the standard nightly rate applies as the base rate.
- Starting with the 19th guest, an additional fee of COP 50,000 per person applies.
- Day visits are limited to a maximum of 40 people.
- Each guest must bring and take responsibility for their own plates, glasses, forks, and other utensils needed during the day. This helps keep the property organized and encourages everyone to care for the space responsibly.
Visitors During an Overnight Stay
If you stay overnight and expect visitors during the day, guests who are visiting only are charged COP 50,000 per person per day after the 18th person.
- If visitors come for two consecutive days, the fee applies on both days.
- These charges help us manage capacity, maintain the facilities, and provide a comfortable and safe experience for both overnight guests and day visitors.
Overnight Capacity
The recommended maximum capacity for comfortable overnight accommodation is 14 people.
- Groups of up to 18 people may be accommodated for an additional fee of COP 35,000 per extra guest.
- The additional beds are less comfortable and are best suited for groups who want to stay together.
- These beds are located in the apartment’s nest.

We had a beautiful family event at Grandma's estate, which was made possible by the host's flexibility. The property is just as it is in the photos, with the advantage of being very cool, which for Rozo is a privilege. The children enjoyed the pool, and the fruit trees in the back of the property. It's a great place to enjoy with family and take some spectacular photos in the middle of palm trees and a nice sunset.

Grandma's estate was exactly what I expected. A nice colonial house with everything you need to have a good time with the family. Martha helped me a lot to meet all my needs and was super flexible despite the unforeseen events and my last-minute requests. I also appreciate the attention and good service of Carlos and his family (the managers of the property). A recommended place in Valle del Cauca.

We were going to a wedding and we wanted to be close to the wedding and feel like we were on a farm and that was achieved; it has many more things in the kitchen than are published. Very complete kitchen! Martha was super special in letting us arrive super early and getting a super considerable late check out. I recommend getting here!

The property is beautiful, the spaces are very good to share with the family, everything was clean and Carlos, the person who takes care of the property is very friendly and helped us with everything. Martha always responded very quickly, gave us very clear directions on how to get there and did everything possible to make the stay for me and my family the best experience possible.
