This warm, inviting, and romantic two-story, loft-style villa features one bedroom and is fully furnished and equipped for an island getaway. It is especially well suited to couples seeking a private and peaceful stay.

Guest Access

An on-island property manager will check you in. Access is through a locked gate and a shared staircase used by two other units.

Transportation and Arrival

1. Take a transfer van from the airport to the Puerto Juarez ferry terminal. A service can be recommended after booking. Prices start at $43 USD, excluding gratuity. It is recommended that you do not leave the airport by taxi. The drive typically takes 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.
2. Purchase a round-trip ferry ticket at the Puerto Juarez terminal. Credit cards, pesos, and U.S. dollars are accepted. The ferry ride takes approximately 18–20 minutes.
3. Upon arriving at the Isla Mujeres port, proceed to the taxi stand. Tell the driver you are going to Sotavento at Punta Sur, across from the ranch and The Joint. The fare should be 120–150 pesos and no more. The ride takes approximately 10 minutes.
4. A member of Capi´s property management team will meet you at the property, provide access through the gates, and help orient you. Capi´s will contact you a few days before your trip with details for communicating on the day of arrival. Clear communication is essential for a smooth check-in.
5. Capi´s will be your primary contact throughout your stay. Instructions and contact information are provided inside the condominium, along with a burner phone containing preprogrammed contacts.

Ferry and Flight Planning

Please review the Ultramar ferry schedule to Isla Mujeres before booking your flights, as ferries do not operate 24 hours a day.

Based on experience, it is recommended that you:

• Arrive no later than 8:00 p.m.
• Schedule your departure flight no earlier than 9:00 a.m.

For your arrival, allow time for customs, baggage claim, and transportation to the ferry terminal. For your departure, allow time for the ferry ride and transportation back to the airport. Many airlines require passengers to arrive three hours before departure.
