The apartment is located in the heart of the hotel zone. It is within walking distance of the party zone, while remaining quiet inside the apartment. Several 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants are also within walking distance.
Additional Information
Because this is an independently owned apartment rather than a hotel, daily cleaning is not included. The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning, so you do not need to return the apartment in cleaned condition.
If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it is available for an extra fee of $50. This service includes bed linens, shower towels, and beach towels.
The air mattress is available when the number of guests exceeds eight and incurs an additional cost.

Beachfront! Gianmarco was so pleasant to communicate with. He was effective and quick in addressing issues (like a coffee machine that quit working- he replaced within minutes). And providing us info to all our questions not condo related. He was a great hostess, he pointed out the turtles laying eggs outside the patio. My kids expierenced it and were very thrilled given that had he not told us we would have missed it since we were going out into the city. The showers can get a little messing with the water splashing out but a mop in available and not a big deal consider the clean house and great services. Late July early August comes with a lot of seaweed coming in and I guess because it’s not a resort they don’t send the trackers by to clean it up. We finally saw a tracker on our last day of our 7 day stay. Also the kitchen/dinning area a/c condensates so just be careful and aware not to slip. We would probably be staying there again. Very secure to drive and park your rental.

The view is definitely the million dollar view, being able to just walk out the sliding doors onto the beach is really priceless! they have everything you need for the beach as well and Gianmarco is the absolute best host! We really loved the place and will definitely return, so far my favorite 😊

The location was perfect—close to everything, including restaurants, taxis, and supermarkets; we could find whatever we needed without having to go far. GIANMARCO was the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb; he helped us with everything, from local recommendations to transportation. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. Best of all, he was there waiting to welcome us! Excellent. We loved!

Great place to stay with a perfect location on the beach and close to Coco Bongo! Gianmarco is super nice and always available. Took care of things immediately if there was a problem. Beer was cold upon arrival 👍🏼
