Excellent place, very central and accessible for getting to know Parras. Excellent facilities, everything in order and clean. Highly recommended. I would stay again.

The location of the house is very good. It has 3 bedrooms downstairs and one on the second floor with the living room. Regarding maintenance, the water and hot water need to be checked thoroughly, and there are several details, such as the access to the front door, where the lock had to be changed. The person in charge, not the owner, is attentive at all times and is very friendly.

This is the third time we have decided to stay at Carlos's property, and as always, it does not disappoint. The house has quite a lot of space, as does the garden area. The location is downtown and the service is quite good. It's definitely a place we always go back to because we feel at home.

Sandra welcomed us very kindly and showed us the whole place, which is very comfortable and has a very nice garden. Carlos stayed in communication and was also very kind. The house is centrally located, making it easy to get to interesting places, such as the Vesubio winery, which is one block away. We had an amazing weekend.

The Airbnb is beautiful, better than what you see in the photos. We didn't walk everywhere, and we were all very, very comfortable. I highly recommend it

Amazing place, 100% recommended. Very close to downtown Parras (5 minutes on foot) and with very nice places around it. It is a very spacious house with a huge garden to enjoy with people.

The house is very nice, but it needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. It has only one TV, which is very old and you can't watch some apps. The showers in the bathrooms are in terrible condition. There is no iron for ironing (they offer you a steam iron that is not very effective). And something extremely important is the amenities, which also leave a lot to be desired, but the most worrying thing of all is that you pay a rent of over nine thousand pesos per day and they can't even provide a bottle of water. Overall, I think the price is far from what it offers. I wouldn't recommend it
