Overview
Villa de Lujo Con 2 Piscinas is ideal for large groups, offering three separate units and spacious areas for gathering. Built into a mountainside, the villa features natural rock walls throughout all three units.
The property is a five-minute walk from town and a 15-minute walk from the beach. Water taxis are available nearby at the harbor. Guests can enjoy two private pools, including one that can be heated during winter, as well as secluded, shaded patios for quiet relaxation.
Please note that exterior construction may take place in July and early August 2026 to complete the elevator.
The Space
The entire villa includes:
- Seven bedrooms
- Six and a half bathrooms
- Three living rooms
- Three fully equipped kitchens
- Two private pools
- Three large decks with barbecues
The villa consists of three separate units, each with its own private entrance. This layout provides ample space for groups to spend time together while still enjoying privacy.
The property spans five levels, with outdoor stairway access to all units. An outdoor spiral staircase connects the deck on the lowest level with the pool deck on the middle level.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire villa, except for the garage.
Additional Information
Cabo San Lucas is a safe city, and Pedregal is a gated community. Guests may request a nighttime security person at the house for approximately $80 per day, although prices are subject to change. Security is included in the price on December 31.
The security person can provide access to a nearby gate leading into town after the gate closes at 8 p.m. Another gate remains open 24 hours a day, but it is a five- to 10-minute walk from the house.
Pool heating for the second-level pool is available for an additional fee of $116 per day. Heating must be arranged before occupancy. The pool on the top level does not have a heater.
- Guests staying for one week or longer will be charged for one midweek cleaning per week.
- Guests staying for one month will be charged an additional $500 utility fee.
- A baby crib is available at the house.
- At least one guest must be 21 or older.
- Guests must provide the names and ages of all members of their party, along with arrival information, before arrival.

We had an amazing stay with our group! Denise and David were fantastic hosts - quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had before and upon arrival. Roberto is the concierge for the villa and he was helpful during our stay. The pools were a highlight, and the views were stunning. We loved that the location put us within walking distance to a lot of the main attractions, which made getting around easy. Having 3 separate units was perfect for a group our size as it gave people the flexibility to break off when needed, whether someone wanted to turn in early or needed a quiet space to knock out some work. It made the whole trip feel comfortable rather than crowded. Highly recommend this place for a group getaway.

The place was just as listed! The only thing would be that we didn’t pay attention to the amount of stairs there were. It’s in a great location and the house itself is beautiful. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful space for our family loved every minute. Close to walk to food and things to do, but the beach is a bit of a walk. We rented cars and probably didn’t need to although easy to get to and from the airport. David was an excellent concierge set us up tennis courts and fixed any specific needs. Claudia is an exceptional Mexican cook I would highly recommend her for dinners and lunch she’s a delight. She also makes the best flan I have ever eaten!!! I would recommend this home to anyone with a large family lots of space and your own private space!

I planned a retreat for a group of friends, we're all in our 40s and 50s. I'm so glad I chose Casa Amistad--the neighborhood and house felt safe, the views are spectacular and the house is luxurious, unique and beautiful. The setup was perfect for us, we rented the full three units and used the penthouse, decks and pools as common areas. Although everybody had their own bedroom, it was super easy to stay connected and communal which is what we were looking for. We were able to walk 10-15 minutes to the town, the marina to rent a boat for a custom tour, to El Farallon restaurant etc--and then to return to Casa Amistad which felt secure (very important to us) and which also was in a quiet neighborhood (also important to us). Communication before & during was excellent, wi-fi was great. We got Cabo Grocery Girls to stock our fridge ahead of time. Note: GPS is tricky--have your driver go to the Waldorf Astoria first, then you'll see the gate to Pedregal, go thru and THEN go to the house.
