• The villa is located in Pedregal, a gated community in the safe town of Cabo San Lucas.
• A 12-hour nighttime doorman service is available for approximately $90 per day (subject to change). This service is included on December 31 and from March 1 through March 31.
• Heating the pool on the second level incurs an additional fee of $100 per day and must be arranged before arrival. The top-level pool does not have heating.
• For stays of one week or longer, a mid-week cleaning service is charged each week.
• Guests staying for a month will incur an extra $500 utility fee.
• A baby crib is available upon request.
• One guest must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to provide the names, ages, and arrival details of all visitors.
