The unit was clean and has unbelievable views of the ocean and is a dream location for surfing. The only "thing" that we don't really pick up from the pictures was how close it was to the highway. So we were a little nervous about road noise when we arrived, but it was never really a factor. The only noise we heard was waves/surf when we went to sleep. Watching the sunrise there is pretty epic!

The condo was awesome! Perfect for a weekend Cabo getaway, for fun surf or just a quiet beachfront hang. Carlene was super responsive, quick to communicate and flexible with our travel schedule. It felt like home! We will be back. Thank you for being an incredible host! PS the Pescado tacos at Zippers are all-time

This was my third time staying here, and it’s always perfect! The space is clean, comfortable, and offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. It’s an ideal spot for surfers, with the closest breaks right out front. Conveniently close to town, safe, and secure - this place truly feels like a home away from home. I always love coming back. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a surfing trip. Can see the four main surf breaks in the area (Pescadito, The Rock, Old Man's, and a side view of Zipper's) from the balcony with an easy walk and/or paddle to each of them. Super comfortable space. We hired Maria to make breakfast and lunch for us, which was a great deal and super convenient. Carlene was always immediately responsive. Highly recommend for a family or buddy surfing trip to Cabo!

I’ve stayed in two of Carlene’s units now and they are beyond dreamy. The location could not be more ideal, the units are extremely clean and well-maintained. Carlene is an excellent communicator and Omar takes care of anything that we need. We could not be happier with this unit. It is pure paradise to be right on the ocean. And surfers are on the perfect break. Worth every penny!

This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely keep coming back. The location is so great and easy to get to the beach/stores and is very family friendly. Love this place, can’t wait to come back. Carlene is very responsive and accommodating!
