Locked closets and drawers may not be opened.

Guests also have access to all building facilities, including the adult and children’s swimming pools, swimming canal, Jacuzzi area, Turkish bath, gym, common areas, and direct access to the sea and private guarded beach.

Important Information

To ensure a smooth check-in, the full names and identification numbers of all guests must be submitted 48 hours before arrival. Guests who are not registered in advance will not be permitted to enter the building.

Once the guest list and identification documents have been submitted and check-in has taken place, no changes or additional guests may be added. Check-in and access wristbands are personal and non-transferable and may not be given to another person for entry during the reservation.

Due to building regulations, visitors are not permitted. Access is limited to guests registered on the reservation. This policy helps protect the safety and privacy of residents and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Access wristbands are placed on each guest’s wrist upon entry and cost COP 17,000 per guest. This fee must be paid directly to the host. Payment details will be provided before check-in.

Please keep the wristbands on and in good condition throughout your stay. Lost or damaged wristbands must be replaced.

Minors traveling without their parents or legal guardians must present a signed and notarized authorization from their parents.

The private beach is free to access. Beach tents are available to rent for COP 20,000 and must be reserved and paid for through the designated app.
