The Space

Shops, restaurants, attractions, and public transportation are all within easy reach. The suite’s standout feature is its uninterrupted Caribbean Sea view, which can be enjoyed directly from the room.

The Studio Suite

This 51-square-meter studio is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience:

• Two double beds positioned to provide direct ocean views through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
• Blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep.
• Wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix.

• Dining table for four that can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace.

You will have full, exclusive access to the condo, along with shared access to the condominium complex.

Important Information

Visitors

Visitors are permitted at no additional cost, with a maximum of two visitors. You must notify the property and provide their names at least 12 hours in advance.

• Visiting hours: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Visitors may not stay overnight on the property.

Reception Hours

• 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Noise

Because the property is located in a prime area of Punta Cancun’s Hotel Zone, noise may occasionally be heard from nearby establishments, pedestrians, and traffic.

Supplies and Housekeeping

Basic essentials are provided to get you started, including:

• Toilet paper.
• Hand soap.
• Body gel.
• Shampoo.
• Conditioner.
• Lotion.

These items are not replenished during your stay.

Daily housekeeping is not provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee if requested in advance.

Security and Rental Agreement

Surveillance cameras are used on the premises strictly for security purposes.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after their booking is confirmed.

A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used for the reservation. The deposit is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
• Smoking of any kind, including tobacco and cannabis, is prohibited inside the condo. Recreational drug use is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Violations will incur a $300 penalty.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Illegal activity is prohibited.
• Excessive noise is not allowed, and loud music must be turned off after 10:00 p.m. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
• Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property.
• Tents and other structures may not be set up on the property grounds.
• Renters are responsible for charges related to any damage caused during their stay, as well as any necessary additional cleaning.
• Renters may be required to provide government-issued identification on the day of check-in or during their stay.
• Please do not move the furniture.
• Pets are not allowed.
