Photo Identification

Buenaventura Resort requires photo identification for all adult guests aged 18 and over at least one full day before arrival. International guests must provide passports, while local guests must provide Panamanian identification.

Access to the resort is not permitted until the identification process is complete. Once approved, guests will receive their entrance code before arrival.

Maximum Occupancy

Please keep the number of occupants exactly as listed on the reservation. Buenaventura carefully monitors guest counts to help maintain comfort and security throughout the resort.
