Villa Real is situated on a scenic hill in Santa Teresa, just a 7-minute drive from the main road where you will find shops, restaurants, and the area's top surf spot. Due to its hillside location, only 4x4 vehicles or ATVs can access the villa; standard 4x2 cars cannot reach the property. Walking to the beach is not possible from the villa.

We were celebrating my grandmother's 80th birthday, and we wanted peace, a view, and a quiet place. This house is a dream, just what we were looking for. The best sunsets I've ever seen have been in Santa Teresa! I recommend this house to anyone who wants to experience what we experienced! The super-attentive host offered us daily cleaning and was very attentive to us.

An amazing place, unbelievably beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable, the pool is great, the sunsets are incredible, the sun sets right in front of the property, and it's close to the best beach.
