Casa Santian is a magnificent eight-bedroom colonial mansion accommodating up to 24 guests. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, making the property ideal for large groups, families, and retreats.

The property has recently been refurbished, with updated spaces, new furniture, and fresh linens.

The Space
Casa Santian combines the privacy of a hotel with the exclusivity of a private home. Each bedroom has its own lock and key, while all common areas are reserved exclusively for your group.
The house accommodates up to 24 guests and is located just a few steps from Paseo de Montejo.

The property is located in Mérida’s Santa Ana neighborhood, a five-minute walk from Paseo de Montejo and the Corredor Gastronómico de Santa Ana, home to restaurants, bars, and cafés.

Housekeeping and Additional Services
Daily housekeeping is included. Our team tidies each bedroom every day at no extra charge.
For guests who prefer full service, kitchen and common-area cleaning are also available as an add-on.

Guest Access
The entire house is exclusively yours. The property has two street entrances, one on Calle 47 and another on Calle 47A, making arrivals and departures easier for larger groups.
Airport transfers, city tours, and transportation to Yucatán’s cenotes, ruins, and beach towns can be arranged through us without obligation.
For stays of six nights or more, round-trip transfers from Mérida Airport for up to 16 people are included with your booking. Please request this service in advance.

We loved Merida! This house was great for our family of 17 people visiting. We had older people and younger kids and everyone had a great time. Having a pool was such a wonderful addition since Merida is hot. The house is walkable to amazing restaurants and centrally located for shopping. Rosy was amazing and accommodating everyday. We can’t wait to visit again!

We were 3 families ranging from ages 2 to 85. Everyone enjoyed the stay and had fun. Loved that the house was spacious and had great air conditioning. The kids loved the pool. It was great to have several gathering areas including a game room. Rosy was so helpful as well.

Can’t say enough about casa Santian. Beautiful house, clean with everything you need. Rosy was there everyday, she was so sweet and helpful! I will be coming back when I visit Mérida again

Casa Santian is a beautiful home with a phenomenal host who responded immediately to all inquiries! Rosy, the housekeeper, is a sweet and lovely lady as well, who was also very helpful. She came daily and attended to whatever we needed. However, we kept the kitchen clean and did not have her clean the bedrooms daily, but she would have. We only have one recommendation: a couch on the kitchen side of the house. We had sleeping babies upstairs, and the monitors didn’t reach the front of the house, where the living room was located. The home is immaculate, clean, and beautiful. Its location is ideal for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. While the price was manageable for us as we split it between several families, it may be considered expensive for a single family. That said, it is a stunning 8-bedroom house in a fantastic area. The home is charming, impeccably clean, and situated in a wonderful neighborhood! Thank you to the amazing host for everything!

It exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, with lots of nice touches and amenities. Cecy and Alejandra, the owners, were in constant communication and attentive at all times. The icing on the cake was Rossy, the manager, who was lovely and very helpful. Thanks to the whole team, our stay was wonderful.

Had a group of 10 stay here and could've comfortably fit 16. Rooms were comfortable and clean with their own A/Cs and well stocked. The kitchen had filtered water and ice. The location was good, just 10 minute walk to the Centro. Plenty of spaces to lounge.
