Luis’s place was such a great stay! Looked exactly like the photos and they were very responsive at all times. We were able to drop off the luggage before check in, which was great and they were communicative and very responsive the whole time. The place was more than enough for my group of 11 and we had a lot of space to spread out and have our personal space, but also loved that they had multiple gathering areas.

It is not a house prepared for 22 people (11 double bedrooms with many differences between them) it lacks basic kitchenware for everyone, bedrooms that are not very functional and unsuitable for a comfortable stay.Bathrooms are connected, resulting in a lack of privacy; some rooms have no wardrobes and none have hooks; some rooms have no windows, while others have windows with clear glass and no curtains, overlooking common areas; if it rains, there's nowhere for everyone to sit and eat together... The staff were very attentive, friendly, always available, and responsive to any request, except for some minor coordination issues.The area is good, but at times there is loud music coming from some neighboring houses.
