Absolutely stunning place to stay and incredibly close to the center of nightlife. The host was proactive about reaching out if I needed anything which was really appreciative.

Everything was great! The jacuzzi takes a while to warm up.

Where do I even begin?! This property is absolutely stunning — the façade is beautiful, and somehow it’s even more breathtaking once you step inside. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, spotless, and so cozy that we felt at home right away. The customer service truly stands out — the staff is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. And the location? Simply perfect! We were surrounded by amazing restaurants, lively bars, charming cafés, and fantastic shopping — all just steps away. We didn’t need taxis or Uber at all because everything we wanted was within walking distance. It honestly couldn’t have been more convenient. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a great stay in El Poblado. Nahir was an excellent host — very attentive and responsive, and she regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. She also shared great recommendations for drivers and for places to eat, see, and explore, which made getting around Medellín easy and enjoyable. The apartment is centrally located, just steps from Carrera 35 and Calle 10, with tons of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. We also appreciated the option for fresh linens and daily cleaning. Overall, a comfortable stay in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again.

it's located close to all the restaurantes and bars in el poblado. we stayed there during new year so in some of the rooms it was quite noisy, but that is to be expected. all of the rooms and common spaces were super nice and well planned. the only thing we missed was some tools, cutlery and plates in the kitchen. it was hard to get high enough temperature on the grill. we started adding some coal which helped a lot! Overall a very nice stay!

Cielo is a beautiful, charming apartment. Tons of space, cool indoor/outdoor feel, clean and organized. The location is amazing, did not realize we would be at the doorstep of so much; it made our stay very convenient. The staff was very responsive, communicative, helpful. We really hope to come back and stay again.

A wonderful apartment with a lot of character. Super convenient to the main pedestrian zone in El Poblado but a bit far from metro access. We also had some significant noise issues from nearby clubs so recommend traveling with earplugs if you are noise sensitive.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Medellín! I visited with five friends, and it was the perfect spot for our group. The neighborhood was lively, vibrant, and full of energy, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and activities all within walking distance. The location really made it easy for us to explore the city. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with excellent amenities that made our stay super comfortable. The service was truly exceptional, everything we needed was taken care of quickly and with a smile. We felt very well looked after throughout our trip. We’re already talking about coming back and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend!
