The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across three levels.

First Floor: Poolside Living

• Master Suite 1: A built-in king bed with a concrete base, ultra-thick luxury linens, and an en-suite bathroom featuring striking Mexican floor tiles. Sliding doors open toward the pool and the surf beyond.
• Open-Air Kitchen: A chef’s kitchen with a custom 7-foot Parota wood table, cushioned benches, palm-tree surroundings, ocean views, and a full-size refrigerator.

Second Floor: View Suites

• Master Suite 2: A custom-designed queen bed, built-in workstation, and adjacent daybed. The room offers expansive ocean and mountain views.
• Bedroom 3: Twin mattresses on a platform bed that can be converted into a king bed.
• Shared Bathroom: A professionally designed bathroom with an integrated cement sink and open-air glass shower.
• Open-Air Lounge: A spacious living area with a large teak L-shaped couch and excellent views of Pacific sunsets.

Third Floor: Penthouse Sanctuary
