Villa Luminosa is a recently renovated, luxurious beachfront home located in the golf community of Hacienda Iguana. This elegant property features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, along with a detached studio. The villa showcases exquisite details and a unique design visible throughout the entire home.

An inviting infinity pool is situated outdoors, offering a serene setting with all the comforts and amenities of a fully updated villa.

The master bedroom is located on the second level and includes:

• A king-size bed
• Walk-in closet
• Private bathroom
• Private terrace

Guest bedrooms are arranged as follows:

• Guest Bedroom 1: Downstairs, queen-size bed, ocean views, private bathroom
• Guest Bedroom 2: Overlooks the tropical courtyard, queen-size bed, private bathroom
• Detached Studio: Features a kitchenette, one king-size bed, and two twin bunk beds

Additional outdoor features include an outdoor shower and beachfront views.

Unapproved pets are not allowed. Bringing an unapproved pet results in a minimum fine of $250. Please contact us for pet approval in advance.
