The outdoor area includes a barbecue space and a private plunge pool measuring 2 x 2 x 1.40 meters.
Situated in Aromo, an exclusive gated community with only six townhomes and three homesites, the property is surrounded by mountains and offers breathtaking ocean vistas. It is conveniently located just minutes from Reserva Conchal Beach Club and Playa Conchal.
Location
The condo is part of the Aromo Complex within Reserva Conchal. For beach days, guests can drive five minutes to the Beach Club or take advantage of the free on-demand shuttle service available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, which picks up and drops off directly at the condo.

Services
Daily cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Grocery shopping and delivery services are also available upon request. For added relaxation, guests can hire personal chefs, yoga instructors, or other services tailored to their needs.
Cleanliness and Safety
The property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. A professional housekeeping team uses top-quality products and follows strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols, focusing especially on high-touch surfaces. Upon arrival, the unit will be thoroughly prepared and inspected.
Common areas such as entrances, elevators, elevator buttons, and public restrooms are regularly and thoroughly disinfected. Additional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged by contacting the host, who will provide a service menu.
For stays of seven nights or longer, one general cleaning service is included at no extra cost. This service must be scheduled before arrival and can be chosen for any day during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Aromo. The villa is tastefully furnished, and comfortable. Its location within the Reserva Conchal complex provides convenient access to the Beach Club and Playa Conchal. You’ll need your own car or a golf cart to get around the complex and reach the beach. The villa also has a lovely balcony with beautiful views of Playa Conchal. We did have some difficulty opening the door on our first day, but the team responded promptly and came to assist us. Overall, it was a great stay.

Impeccably clean and modern, with comfortable beds and high quality linens in each of the three bedrooms. The access to Playa Conchal beach club is a plus. The management helped us rent a golf cart that was ready for us when we arrived. The beach is very swimmable at this particular beach, which was great for our family. Important to mention that this development is in a gated community, along with a couple large hotels, and can feel disconnected from the nearby towns. The house itself, while superbly clean and comfortable, did not provide laundry detergent in the laundry room, or dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. If you’re staying for just a few days, it’s a bit of a nuisance to have to buy these items. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, cooking apparatuses, but nothing beyond a few individual packets of salt and some sugar. Also, a bit of a nuisance to have to buy basics like spices and cooking oils if you’re not staying very long.

The Aromo townhouse was beautiful. It was clean, spacious and the surrounding area is gorgeous. The beach club amenities are excellent. We would definitely be back.

Conchal is an amazing beach. This townhouse/condo is at the top of a hill in a complex. There were no numbers on the buildings (yet?), so we needed to ask around to find it. It is a 6 minute drive from the townhouse to the beach and clubhouse (the place you see in the photos.) The condo is a very nice space- clean, new, good ac, nice bathrooms: very livable. The “pool” is a bit of water out the back door - fine for sitting and soaking, but calling it a “swimming pool” is a stretch. More like an unheated, oversized jacuzzi. The club by the beach is nice. Big pools, ping pong, direct beach access, etc. The food (there is only one restaurant) is tasty and pricey. My $25 burger was ok for being a $25 burger. You can drive to other restaurants, but nothing is walkable. We felt misled by the photos showing the buildings by the beach. You will not be walking distance to the beach. A nice experience overall, but we will not be returning. David W. Marcela’s husband.

This was a gorgeous home. Super clean and a great location. Playa conchal has crystal clear blue waters. Beds in the unit were super comfortable. Felt very high end and kitchen and having laundry was a huge plus. Overall loved our stay. Thank you!

Great place! Access to resort amenities while still enjoying your own private space. Great launch pad to many attractions. Playa Conchal itself is a beautiful beach as well.
