Spacious Family Villa, Beach, Private Pool, Golf

Fantastic home for multi generational vacationers! Large private and lockable bedrooms all with patios and ensuite bathrooms. We used Patric’s chef and cleaner to make our stay truly relaxing. Valerie and her sister made amazing meals and Lupi kept up with the mess the kids were making so the parents could relax… Patric also arranged for golf carts to be dropped off and picked up by Julia which made getting around fun and fast. So much to see at PA we should have stayed 2 weeks not one…. The whole family was grateful for the experience.

It was a wonderful experience for our family of 11 staying here. Everything was sized right for our very tall family from the king size beds to the dining room chairs. Each room had it’s own on suite and balcony allowing each couple extra privacy which can be hard to find when traveling together. Communication with the host was great. If we ran out of a household supply it was immediately replenished. There was even a very friendly gentleman who popped in daily for a short visit to tend to the grounds and make sure the pool was properly treated. The neighbourhood was very safe as we took our short walks to the local shops and restaurants or just out for an after dinner walk from a full meal of steaks on the BBQ that’s provided. We would all love to visit this wonderful home again in the future and be treated so beautifully again. Thank you!! Ellen

We loved our stay here! The house was roomy and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. My kids especially loved the pool. The house itself had a few things that could be fixed, but most things were minor and seemed to be damaged from previous guests (?). There was someone to clean the pool nearly every day, plenty of dining water, and the house felt very private. Valerie was very helpful with making recommendations for things to do and answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Notre séjour chez Patrick s'est très bien passé. La maison est exactement comme décrite dans l'annonce, très propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La salle de bain dans chaque chambre est un vrai plus ! Le quartier avec accès sécurisé est très calme et la plage accessible à pied est super pour les enfants et pour le snorkeling ! Nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir le réfrigérateur qui tombe en panne en début de séjour mais, Valérie a pu trouver rapidement une solution de repli et le réfrigérateur s'avérant non réparable rapidement a été changé par Patrick. Valérie est très accessible et très sympathique et répond rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Nous recommandons pleinement ce logement qui est très bien situé pour rayonner dans le sud du Quitana Roo (Cenotes, Coba, Tulum, Playa de carmen, Xpuha, Akumal, etc...)

La casa de Patrick es realmente bella y súper amplia. La limpieza es definitivamente lo que más me agradó del lugar. La comunicación fue excelente y siempre respetuosa. La alberca es algo que valoramos mucho.

I cannot thank Patrick and Valerie enough for accommodating my group of 10. They went above and beyond for us not only during our stay, but before we arrived with the million questions I had. The house is amazing and exactly as described. I will stay here again over and over.

Hermosa casa, la disfrutamos mucho!

Perfect location. Lots of security to get into the residential area. Lots of restaurants right in the area. Beautiful beach in Puerto Aventuras and many more near by. Giant grocery store only a 10 min walk or short drive away. House was more than perfect for our large family group to stay together. Very clean. Lots of hot water - turn the dial CLOCKWISE! Veronica the property manager was extremely responsive to everything we needed.
