Important Information

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. Cabo Villas has no control over construction projects or schedules but will do its best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

House Rules and Policies

• The minimum age for all guests is 25, excluding children traveling with their parents.
• Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• In gated communities, noise or other disruptive behavior after 10:00 p.m. may result in a fine.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.
• The pool is heated to 80°F.
• Heating the pool above 80°F costs $240 per day, payable directly to the property manager. Contact your concierge for assistance.
• Additional-person fees apply after the 16th guest.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance and an event fee is paid.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited.

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests listed on the reservation. The renter must disclose the total number of guests and provide the name of every member of the group. See the property rules for additional terms.

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Holiday and Group Restrictions

• A seven-night minimum stay applies over December 25 and January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without prior approval. An additional deposit is required.
• Airbnb can accommodate bookings for up to 16 people. Ask about rates for additional guests.
