Location
Situated in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal, the villa offers spectacular ocean views and easy access to Cabo San Lucas’s top attractions, including beaches, dining, and entertainment.
Booking and Policies
- Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am; excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
- Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in gated communities may result in fines.
- The pool is heated to 80°F. Heating above this temperature incurs a daily fee of $240, payable directly to the property manager.
- Additional fees apply for guests exceeding 16 people.
- Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
- Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties require prior approval and payment of an event fee.
- Occupancy is limited to the contracted number of guests. The renter must provide the names and number of all guests.
- Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
- Fines up to $3,000 may be imposed for excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, or disrespect toward security personnel. Guests are responsible for paying these fines.
- A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
- High school and college spring break groups require approval and an additional deposit.
- Airbnb bookings are limited to 16 guests; inquire about rates for additional guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Cabo. The views overlooking the water are absolutely stunning, and the infinity pool was a huge highlight. Our guests loved the property so much that several people asked for the listing to book themselves. The team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, and having a concierge made planning everything much easier. They were also very accommodating with getting outside vendors approved, which was great for our group. A few helpful notes for future guests: Uber access can be a little tricky at first, but once you have the pin sorted out, it’s easy to direct drivers. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, there was plenty of fridge space, and everything worked well overall. The showers can take a little while to heat up, and it’s worth being mindful of noise since neighboring homes may be sensitive. Overall, a beautiful place for a group stay or celebration.

The home has the best location, views and architecture in Pedregal but the home had so much differed maintenance that we had several problems very day. I really hope the owners fix these issues because we’d like to stay there again.

This place is stunning!! Had a group of 17 people stay here and it was an amazing airbnb that overall exceeded my expectations! Each room had its own connecting bathroom and the house was overall super spacious and comfortable for the amount of people we had. The neighborhood was gated and was super safe. Also a really easy drive into town. Would absolutely book here again!

Overall our stay went really well at the villa. We hired a butler and bartender each day and they were amazing! We took advantage of the in house massages as well, and they were great. We ran into a few issues with the house itself. The AC in one of the bedrooms did not work the entire weekend. We notified them, and they tried to fix it, but it ultimately it did not get fixed and that guest had to sleep on the couch for the trip. We did get a small refund for one night for that room because they claimed the AC was fixed after the first night, but it unfortunately was not. We also had the water completely go out in the house on Friday night which delayed our Friday night plans because no one could shower. Other than that, the house was as expected and had great views.

This house lived up to every expectation. 12 of us rented for a long bachelor weekend and couldn’t have asked for more. The views are as good as they come and the house itself was perfect for a larger group of people. Our hosts were extremely helpful in making our stay as memorable as it was, especially the concierge service and all the staff that helped throughout our time there. I’d recommend this experience to anyone.
