Situated in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal, the villa offers spectacular ocean views and easy access to Cabo San Lucas’s top attractions, including beaches, dining, and entertainment.

Booking and Policies

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am; excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in gated communities may result in fines.
• The pool is heated to 80°F. Heating above this temperature incurs a daily fee of $240, payable directly to the property manager.
• Additional fees apply for guests exceeding 16 people.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties require prior approval and payment of an event fee.
• Occupancy is limited to the contracted number of guests. The renter must provide the names and number of all guests.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Fines up to $3,000 may be imposed for excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, or disrespect toward security personnel. Guests are responsible for paying these fines.
• A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups require approval and an additional deposit.
• Airbnb bookings are limited to 16 guests; inquire about rates for additional guests.
